Customer Service Representative
DrAnsay.comCustomer Service Representative managing German customer interactions via email. Resolving issues and improving customer support processes for a digital health startup.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will be the primary owner of all inbound customer communications — mainly via email.
- You will not read from scripts; instead you'll understand and resolve issues and feed insights back to the product and legal teams to improve DrAnsay.
- Quickly and clearly identify and escalate outages, technical issues, or process failures.
- Communicate with the right people informally (async-first), without unnecessary noise.
- Over the first 6–12 months you will fully learn the CS side of our business and gradually take ownership of your own project within the team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in customer support — ideally in a startup or fast-paced digital environment
- Fluent German and fluent English (written and spoken)
- Comfortable using tools like Jira, Slack, Google Workspace and similar tech stacks
- A stable work history — we value reliability and perseverance
- Completed vocational training or university degree
- Experience in eHealth, SaaS or regulated environments is a plus
- Proven track record of improving support processes, not just maintaining them
- Ability to turn customer feedback into structured internal insights
- Show initiative before being asked
- Communicate and document clearly what matters
- Consistently perform under pressure without burning out
- Collaborate effectively without creating dependencies.
