About the role

  • Community & Creator Relations: You build a strong network of creators, influencers and community members around our brand and develop these relationships over the long term.
  • Partnerships & Activations: With support from the team, you plan and manage collaborations with creators — from selection and briefing to execution — and integrate them strategically into our community and brand communications.
  • Dialogue & Brand Voice: You represent our brand on social networks, actively engage in conversations, moderate discussions and ensure a positive, vibrant community.
  • Collaboration & Coordination: You work closely with colleagues in Social Media and Marketing to holistically align creator content, campaigns and community activities.
  • Analysis & Continuous Improvement: You analyze the performance of collaborations and community activities, derive learnings and continuously develop formats and processes.
  • Trend & Cultural Awareness: You monitor developments in the creator and community landscape and translate relevant trends into suitable ideas for our brand.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in influencer and community management
  • Strong intuition for social media, creator cultures and community dynamics
  • Confident, empathetic and brand-appropriate communication — both written and verbal
  • Experience with influencer tools, social media platforms and reporting
  • Structured, independent working style and the ability to keep track of multiple projects
  • Creative thinking combined with comfort with numbers and a performance-oriented mindset
  • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Team-oriented working style and enjoyment of close collaboration with diverse departments
