About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Concept, develop, and execute breakthrough creative across digital and traditional channels
- Turn insights into fresh, engaging campaigns that resonate in the real world
- Present and sell your ideas to internal teams and clients with confidence and clarity
- Work closely with strategy, creative, and cross-functional teams to elevate the work
- Contribute to production, from concept through execution, alongside internal and external partners
- Jump into new business pitches and help bring Drake Cooper’s story to life
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–5 years of agency experience in art direction or design
- A portfolio that proves you’re both a strong conceptual thinker and a skilled visual storyteller
- Experience across modern channels: Print, OOH, Interactive, UI/UX, Email, Mobile, and Social
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (and whatever tools help you make great work)
- Experience using AI tools to support creative development and production, with strong judgment in maintaining originality, brand integrity, and high design standards
- Understanding of production processes across video, audio, and experiential
- A team player, you work well with others and make the work better because of it
- A sharp pulse on culture, trends, and what actually connects with audiences
