About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the accuracy of project status reporting across assigned accounts, proactively tracking progress so all status updates are complete, current, and reliable.
  • Partner closely with Project Managers to ensure key dates, milestones, and deliverables are clearly understood, aligned, and documented.
  • Monitor project health and flag schedule risks early, collaborating with the Account Supervisor or other account leadership before sharing any off-track updates with clients.
  • Ensure all client deliverables are sent on or before agreed-upon deadlines and meet Drake Cooper’s quality standards.
  • Review all outgoing deliverables, attachments, and emails to ensure they are accurate, polished, and error-free.
  • Communicate with clients clearly and concisely, keeping emails focused, purposeful, and easy to digest.
  • Use Egnyte as the primary tool for sharing final client files, following Drake Cooper’s preferred processes and best practices.
  • Load and manage all agency projects in ClickUp in alignment with Drake Cooper’s project management standards.
  • Create detailed, well-documented tickets that clearly outline scope, requirements, timelines, and expectations—minimizing the need for follow-up questions.
  • Enter projects and tickets promptly as soon as work is known, supporting efficient planning and team utilization.
  • Set up and manage projects in Harvest to support accurate, consistent time tracking across teams.
  • Collaborate with internal and partner agency teams to define milestones, resource needs, and realistic timelines for all managed projects.
  • Schedule meetings and key milestones by identifying available dates and times that work across cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure the right team members are included, informed, and prepared with clear expectations for each meeting.
  • Review calendars holistically and proactively coordinate with other Drake Cooper Project Managers to resolve conflicts and keep projects moving forward efficiently.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn emerging tools, including AI, to support day-to-day work and team productivity.
  • 2-5 years of agency account management experience or client-side project marketing
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, written and verbal, with the ability to be client-facing
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines
  • Project management tools experience, Google Suite, and Microsoft Suite
  • Learner Mindset
