About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage defined project plans and schedules and monitor progress
Work across multiple projects simultaneously
Foster partnerships with customers, stakeholders, and sponsors
Align project objectives with company goals and clarify objectives for project teams
Lead issue identification and resolution
Manage project scope, risk tracking, and project documentation
Manage budgets and allocate project resources
Facilitate and troubleshoot complex systems, coordination, development, and design projects
Deliver and install technology solutions based on project deliverables when needed
Protect company intellectual property and customer data privacy
Lead, counsel, and mentor others
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field
Project management qualification (PMP) or equivalent preferred
1–2 years’ experience as a project lead
Operational experience in a hospice environment strongly preferred
Experience in hospice, durable medical equipment, pharmacy, managed care, or other pertinent health care services industry strongly preferred
Knowledge of project management applications and principles
Knowledge of resource allocation, budgeting, and coordination of people and resources
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Understanding of the company’s products, technologies, selling strategies, and internal business functions
Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information and comply with HIPAA procedures
Ability to work in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Occasional travel may be required
Ability to perform computer-based work for extended periods
Ability to lift and/or move items weighing up to 10 pounds
