Regularly assist project managers in the planning, execution, and monitoring of ongoing projects.
Track and update project schedules, timelines, and deliverables using tools such as Microsoft Project, Monday.com, and similar tools.
Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and follow-up on action items, as needed.
Help coordinate team communications and ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Conduct research and support project-related decision-making processes.
Identify potential risks or delays and escalate them to the project manager.
Support cross-functional collaboration across departments including marketing, IT, product, or operations.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve project efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges in a dynamic environment
Self-motivated team player with an ability to effectively interact with individuals at all levels
Ability to function in a fast-paced team environment
Detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, multi-task and adhere to tight timelines
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel, Monday.com, Smartsheet, etc.)
