About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and execute pricing of player salaries
Use data and merchandising strategies to inform contest selections available to players
Ensure contest mixes are properly executed and monitor contest entries
Repost contests as needed to drive participation and achieve targets
Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes
Collaborate with key stakeholders to optimize merchandising strategies
Monitor contest entries and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field
At least 1 year of experience in a relevant field
Proficiency with Excel
Basic knowledge of SQL and Snowflake are a plus
In-depth knowledge of the sports landscape, especially fantasy sports
Proven track record of identifying and managing complex situations
Strong organization skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with tight time constraints
Ability to work U.S. coverage shifts, starting between 2 p.m. and 4 p.m. Bulgarian time
Ability to work weekends
May be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment
