Design, build, and maintain backend systems, APIs, and automation workflows powering AI-driven applications
Develop custom integrations and connectors between internal services and external APIs
Build and operate enterprise knowledge systems, including similarity search, vector databases, and retrieval pipelines
Improve reliability, performance, and scalability of automation and workflow systems
Implement observability, logging, alerting, and business metrics
Contribute to platform tooling using full-code solutions and workflow automation platforms such as n8n
Deliver clean, testable, production-ready code with documentation and operational guides
Communicate technical concepts to engineering and non-engineering audiences

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of professional software engineering experience
Proficiency in one or more of Python, TypeScript, or C#
Experience designing, building, and operating production-grade services, integrations, or automation systems
Solid understanding of RAG, agents, and LLM tools
Practical knowledge of vector databases, similarity search, and retrieval optimization
Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture
Strong focus on testing, observability, and backend performance
Familiarity with low-code/no-code automation tools such as n8n, or willingness to learn
Ability to balance rapid iteration with long-term maintainability
Ability to work effectively with engineers and non-engineers
May be required to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment
