About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead cross-functional initiatives supporting the Customer Organization from planning through execution.
Partner with stakeholders to define project scope.
Build and maintain project plans, governance routines, and stakeholder communications.
Track and communicate decisions, progress, risks, issues, and project updates with stakeholders and leadership teams.
Identify opportunities to improve planning, execution, and operational processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in a related field
at least 5 years of project management, business operations, consulting, or related experience
entrepreneurial mindset with experience operating in a fast-paced environment
ability to work independently
experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives in a highly matrixed environment
passion for driving results
previous exposure to agile work methodologies
experience with project management tools such as Airtable preferred
