Key responsibilities & impact

Define and execute the strategy for personalized player experiences across our Casino and Golden Nugget brands.
Own the performance of the on-site player journey by establishing key performance indicators.
Develop and evolve merchandising strategies using customer segmentation and lifecycle insights.
Partner with the Product, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering, and Revenue Operations teams.
Lead a rigorous experimentation strategy by identifying opportunities and scaling successful experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create seamless cross-platform customer experiences.
Shape the future of the casino experience by bringing new capabilities to market.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in iGaming, online gaming, or another digital consumer business.
Strong understanding of casino operations, lobby strategy, and customer engagement.
Proven experience developing personalization, merchandising, or customer experience strategies.
Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.
Experience partnering across Product, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, and Operations teams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
