Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Law, or a related field.
At least 10 years of progressive experience in regulatory compliance, market regulation, or regulatory oversight.
Deep knowledge of derivatives or financial market regulations.
Strong understanding of the full trade lifecycle.
Experience leading complex regulatory investigations.
Familiarity with market surveillance platforms, case management systems, and compliance monitoring tools.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
