Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and develop a team of Analysts and Analytics Managers
Define and evolve the product analytics strategy
Partner with Product, Engineering, and game development teams
Build scalable frameworks, dashboards, and analytical models
Drive experimentation strategy and evaluate performance
Translate complex data into actionable insights
Establish and operationalize key performance indicators
Align customer insights with financial forecasts and strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 8 years of analytics experience
At least 4 years of direct management experience
Expertise in product analytics, experimentation, customer behavior analysis
Experience building analytical frameworks, self-service reporting tools
Strong proficiency with SQL, Snowflake, Python, R, and data visualization platforms
Deep understanding of statistics, hypothesis testing, experimentation design
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
Proven ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritize
Prior experience in gaming or entertainment products is a plus
