Lead the planning and execution of complex initiatives spanning multiple teams
Act as the central coordination point across Engineering, Product, and Operations
Proactively identify, track, and manage risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks
Ensure clear visibility into progress, timelines, risks, and trade-offs
Drive a strong execution culture focused on outcomes, accountability, and continuous delivery
Leverage data and metrics to track delivery performance
Utilize AI tools to optimize delivery processes
Adapt your level of involvement based on team and initiative needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field
At least six years of experience working as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Delivery Manager
Proven experience delivering complex, cross-team projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong stakeholder management skills
Solid understanding of software development processes and the SDLC
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify risks early
Experience using AI tools for delivery optimization is a plus
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and reporting/analytics tools is a plus
