About the role
- Develop and execute digital media buying strategies across Paid Social, Programmatic, and Paid Search channels.
- Launch and optimize user acquisition campaigns to drive performance against key metrics and business goals.
- Design and implement A/B tests to uncover insights and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Concept and deliver innovative ad experiences by partnering with Creative, Brand, and Product teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to build campaigns that drive both acquisition and retention.
- Analyze campaign performance and share actionable insights with stakeholders, partnering closely with Marketing Analytics.
- Manage day-to-day communication with external agencies and media partners to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
- Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance campaign performance, streamline workflows, and generate data-driven insights for optimization.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience with at least 2 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience optimizing digital media campaigns, including A/B testing, performance analysis, and bidding strategies.
- A strong understanding of ad platforms, media buying, and best practices across digital channels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge of SQL preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills when working across teams and with external partners.
- Interest in sports and gaming, with flexibility to support key moments aligned to the sports calendar.
