• Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and schedules using project management tools
• Help coordinate sprint planning sessions and release schedules
• Support the preparation of project charters, scope documents, and requirement specifications
• Maintain project calendars and schedule meetings with stakeholders and team members
• Track project dependencies and critical path items
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings and document key discussion points
• Serve as a communication liaison between development teams, designers, QA, and stakeholders

• Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires
• Assist with training and development program planning
• Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
• Help with employee engagement, wellness, and recognition initiatives
• Participate in HR analytics tasks such as tracking recruitment metrics and employee feedback
• Ensure compliance with internal HR guidelines and relevant labor regulations
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth HR operations
• Provide general HR administrative support as needed
