Medical Sales Representative, Oncology – Diabetes
Dr. Reddy's LaboratoriesMedical Sales Representative responsible for promoting Oncology & Diabetes products at Dr Reddy's in Barcelona, Spain. Building relationships with physicians and ensuring compliance with regulations in the medical field.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Promote biosimilar products to Oncologists, Diabetologists, and other physicians in the target area.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to the physicians.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in scope.
- Provide ongoing support and information to the physicians regarding products in scope.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, seminars, and workshops.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments in the fields of Oncology and Diabetology.
- Provide regular reports on promotion activities, market conditions, and customer feedback.
- Educate physicians on the benefits and proper use of products in scope.
- Provide scientific and technical information to support the safe and effective use of products in scope.
- Assist in the development of educational materials and programs for physicians.
- Ensure all activities comply with local, national, and international regulations and company policies.
- Maintain high ethical standards in all interactions with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in medical sales, preferably in the fields of Oncology or Diabetology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Spain.
- Valid driver's license.
