About the role
- Develop and implement sales strategies and drive the execution of marketing strategies across territories to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Oncology Portfolio
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify business opportunities across channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and other relevant stakeholders
- Track all sales and non-sales related SF KPIs and support the team to ensure achievement of goals
- Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure sales strategies are aligned
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate Product Specialists to enhance performance and productivity
- Conduct regular field visits and joint calls to support team members and evaluate performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business
- Minimum 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3+ years in a District Manager, Senior District Manager role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
- Experience in managing Oncology or other specialty therapeutic areas is highly preferred.
