About the role
- Generating demand for company products and achieving the sales budgets assigned by company
- Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned sales territory
- Ensuring product enlisting in the accounts from the territory
- Ensuring customer coverage and execution of marketing activities as per strategy
- Facilitating on-time availability of medicines
- Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc
Requirements
- Educational qualification: Bachelors degree in Science or Business
- Minimum work experience: 3 to 5 years of sales experience in Oncology
- In depth knowledge about customers, territory and Oncology Market
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Experience in organizing and executing sales and marketing programs in the territory
- Strong customer focus and KOL engagement
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Good collaboration skills and works effectively as part of a team
