About the role

  • Generating demand for company products and achieving the sales budgets assigned by company
  • Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned sales territory
  • Ensuring product enlisting in the accounts from the territory
  • Ensuring customer coverage and execution of marketing activities as per strategy
  • Facilitating on-time availability of medicines
  • Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc

Requirements

  • Educational qualification: Bachelors degree in Science or Business
  • Minimum work experience: 3 to 5 years of sales experience in Oncology
  • In depth knowledge about customers, territory and Oncology Market
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Experience in organizing and executing sales and marketing programs in the territory
  • Strong customer focus and KOL engagement
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Good collaboration skills and works effectively as part of a team
