About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct active prospecting (calls, WhatsApp, referrals and partnerships).
  • Qualify leads and identify needs before handing them off to the sales team.
  • Nurture relationships with potential clients until appointments are scheduled.
  • Enter and organize information in the company CRM.
  • Work with clear targets for contacts, appointments and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve scripts and approaches.
  • Provide market feedback to improve offers and processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience as an SDR, Pre-Sales, Inside Sales or in Active Prospecting.
  • Experience in a commercial environment with aggressive targets and a high-productivity routine.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasion and active listening skills.
  • Organized and able to record and track all contacts in a CRM.
  • Availability to work on-site, Monday through Saturday; Saturdays are a half day.
  • Hands-on, resilient profile with a strong results orientation.
  • Preferred: Experience in clinics, healthcare, aesthetics, beauty or wellness.
  • Previous experience in consultative sales of high-value services.
  • Proficiency with sales scripts, cadences and commercial playbooks.
  • Comfortable discussing self-esteem, personal image and life-changing transformations.
