Lead Generator, SDR – Aesthetic Clinic
Dr. Hair FranchisingSDR role for lead generation and qualification at an aesthetic clinic in São Paulo. Responsibilities include nurturing leads and collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct active prospecting (calls, WhatsApp, referrals and partnerships).
- Qualify leads and identify needs before handing them off to the sales team.
- Nurture relationships with potential clients until an appointment is scheduled.
- Enter and organize information in the company CRM.
- Work with clear targets for contacts, appointments and opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve scripts and approaches.
- Provide market feedback to enhance offers and processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as an SDR, call center agent, pre-sales, inside sales or in active prospecting.
- Experience in a commercial environment with aggressive targets and a high-productivity routine.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasion and active listening skills.
- Organized and able to record and track all contacts in a CRM.
- Availability for on-site work, Monday to Saturday; Saturdays are half-day.
- Hands-on, resilient and results-oriented profile.
- Preferred: experience in clinics, healthcare, aesthetics, beauty or wellness.
- Previous experience selling high-value consultative services.
- Proficiency with sales scripts, cadences and commercial playbooks.
- Comfortable discussing self-esteem, personal image and life transformation.
