Pre-Sales Executive – SDR

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct active prospecting (calls, WhatsApp, referrals and partnerships).
- Qualify leads and understand their needs before handing them to the sales team.
- Nurture relationships with potential clients until an appointment is scheduled.
- Input and organize information in the company's CRM.
- Work with clear targets for contacts, appointments and opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve scripts and approaches.
- Provide market feedback to improve offerings and processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience as an SDR, pre-sales, inside sales or in active prospecting.
- Experience in a commercial environment with aggressive targets and a high-productivity routine.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasion and active listening skills.
- Organized approach to record and follow up all contacts in the CRM.
- Availability to work on-site, Monday through Saturday; Saturdays are half-day.
- Hands-on, resilient and results-oriented profile.
- Preferred: Experience in clinics, healthcare, aesthetics, beauty or wellness.
- Previous experience with consultative selling of high-value services.
- Proficient in sales scripts, cadences and commercial playbooks.
- Comfortable discussing self-esteem, personal image and life transformation.
