About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct active prospecting (calls, WhatsApp, referrals and partnerships).
  • Qualify leads and understand their needs before handing them to the sales team.
  • Nurture relationships with potential clients until an appointment is scheduled.
  • Input and organize information in the company's CRM.
  • Work with clear targets for contacts, appointments and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve scripts and approaches.
  • Provide market feedback to improve offerings and processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience as an SDR, pre-sales, inside sales or in active prospecting.
  • Experience in a commercial environment with aggressive targets and a high-productivity routine.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasion and active listening skills.
  • Organized approach to record and follow up all contacts in the CRM.
  • Availability to work on-site, Monday through Saturday; Saturdays are half-day.
  • Hands-on, resilient and results-oriented profile.
  • Preferred: Experience in clinics, healthcare, aesthetics, beauty or wellness.
  • Previous experience with consultative selling of high-value services.
  • Proficient in sales scripts, cadences and commercial playbooks.
  • Comfortable discussing self-esteem, personal image and life transformation.
