Sales Representative – Pre-Sales

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct active prospecting (calls, WhatsApp, referrals and partnerships).
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs before handing them off to the sales team.
- Nurture relationships with potential customers until meetings are scheduled.
- Enter and organize information in the company's CRM.
- Work with clear targets for contacts, scheduled meetings and opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to improve scripts and outreach approaches.
- Provide market feedback to help refine offers and processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience as an SDR, Pre-Sales, Inside Sales or in active prospecting.
- Experience working in a commercial environment with aggressive targets and a high-productivity routine.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasion and active listening skills.
- Organized and able to record and follow up on all contacts in a CRM.
- Availability to work onsite, Monday through Saturday; Saturdays are a half day.
- Hands-on, resilient and results-oriented profile.
- Preferred: experience in clinics, healthcare, aesthetics, beauty or wellness.
- Previous experience in consultative selling of high-value services.
- Proficiency with sales scripts, cadences and commercial playbooks.
- Comfortable discussing self-esteem, personal image and life-changing transformations.
