About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform routines within the Personnel/Payroll department, ensuring organization and compliance of processes.
- Manage hires/onboarding, terminations, vacations and leaves.
- Control and verify payroll, statutory labor charges and benefits.
- Interface with accounting, vendors and payroll systems.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor obligations and legal deadlines.
- Support benefits administration, acting as a point of contact for employees and vendors (e.g., platforms such as Flash).
- Organize, control and update employee documents and records.
- Support management in process improvement and standardization of Personnel/Payroll routines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed in Administration, Accounting or related fields.
- Proven experience with Personnel/Payroll routines.
- Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
- Experience with payroll and/or HR management systems.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Clear communication, organizational skills and professional demeanor.
