About the role

  • As an "Account Manager Hospital" (m/f/d), you are the primary contact for hospitals in your region.
  • You develop trusting customer relationships, ensure clinic satisfaction, and drive successful order acquisition.
  • You create customer-focused system solutions, prepare and present compelling proposals, and conduct sales negotiations.
  • You analyze the market, monitor competitors, and identify new business opportunities.
  • You prepare potential and revenue forecasts, plan budgets, and assume financial responsibility for your area.
  • You use our CRM system and reliably maintain our customer data.

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in business, medical engineering, computer science, healthcare, or a comparable vocational qualification with further relevant training.
  • To advise hospital customers effectively, you ideally have several years of sales experience in the medical technology sector.
  • You are familiar with the medical environment, preferably in anesthesia or intensive care, and understand hospital workflows and the healthcare system.
  • With a valid Class B driving license and a comfortable company car (available for private use), you are always flexibly on the road to visit your customers in the greater Berlin / Brandenburg area.
