About the role

  • Analyze application and user scenarios
  • Plan, conduct, analyze, and present results from qualitative and quantitative usability tests, user experience tests, and user research studies
  • Derive actionable recommendations to improve the user experience
  • Further develop UX research methods together with a motivated team of UX researchers
  • Depending on the requirements of the department and the tasks assigned during the internship, we offer the option to work remotely on some days. However, on-site presence during the internship is required.

Requirements

  • Enrolled in Psychology, Business Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Factors, Cognitive Sciences (at least 4th semester) or a comparable degree program
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Enjoy observing and analyzing
  • Passion for current trends in UX, UCD, User Research, etc.
