About the role
- Independently conduct price and contract negotiations
- Analyze key performance indicators and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Manage and evaluate service providers
- Provide administrative support in freight purchasing
Requirements
- Several years of experience in a commercial freight forwarding environment
- Knowledge of different modes of transport (Air, Sea, CEP or Road)
- At least a 3-year vocational training qualification in commercial logistics
- Relevant professional further training is a plus
