About the role
- Develop innovative packaging concepts from idea to launch (including prototypes, request for quotations, initial ordering and delivery processes)
- Optimize existing packaging with regard to product and operational safety, environmental friendliness and cost-benefit efficiency, as well as labeling solutions
- Implement packaging guidelines
- Collaborate in the development of packaging designs and concepts
- Advise teams on packaging-related decisions
- Prepare documentation
Requirements
- Enrolled in Packaging Technology (at least 4th semester) or a comparable degree program
- Technical understanding and hands-on skills, as well as creativity
- Independent, results-oriented and methodical working style
- Strong analytical abilities are an advantage
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- High level of teamwork and assertiveness
- Preferably very good English skills
