About the role
- Analyze and optimize production processes to increase efficiency and productivity
- Initiate and carry out technology development projects in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Procure operational equipment and supplies in accordance with internal process standards, including documentation, verification, and validation
- Assess, analyze, and implement energy-efficient solutions in production processes
- Ensure product quality by implementing and monitoring quality controls
- Support manufacturing to ensure smooth, uninterrupted production operations
Requirements
- Completed technical degree, preferably in Process Engineering
- Several years of professional experience in automated production environments
- Familiarity with production processes and technologies, as well as process optimization
- Ability to analyze complex problems and develop solutions
- Practical experience with relevant SAP modules, Lean methods, statistical methods (e.g., Six Sigma), and production metrics (e.g., OEE)
- Experience as a project manager
