About the role

  • Lead (sub-)projects within the SAP Basis environment
  • Advise business units on optimal use and integration of SAP systems into the global IT landscape, primarily cloud-based (BTP)
  • Monitor system operations, including analyzing and resolving incidents and performing performance analyses
  • Implement improvement processes and introduce new working methods and guidelines for system operations
  • Participate in incident, change and service request management as well as user and access administration
  • Maintain the product backlog and facilitate workshops to further develop user stories
  • Manage external service providers

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent qualification with relevant professional experience and further training
  • Professional experience in IT solution design and implementation using agile methods, and in operating SAP cloud solutions
  • Solid expertise in IT services and SAP Basis
  • Business-fluent English and German
  • You have an analytical mindset and a structured, goal-oriented working style that advances ideas and delivers solutions
  • You are a communicative team player who is comfortable in agile environments and open to new trends
