About the role
- Design and development of global business processes and ERP applications
- Ensure global end-user support for the ERP template
- Ensure process stability and compliance
- Functional responsibility for business processes in IT systems
- Ownership of the support concept and resolution of support requests
- Deliver targeted training and workshops for the team
- Actively serve as project lead in international projects and rollouts
Requirements
- Several years of relevant professional experience with IT systems (e.g., SAP S/4HANA)
- Expertise in process and project management
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Degree in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
