About the role

  • Responsibility for a 15-person team composed of IT project specialists and project managers in Intermediate Care Management (ICM)
  • Management of IT project management for DMD in alignment with the hospital’s overall strategy
  • Disciplinary and functional leadership of the project management team
  • Analysis of relevant market and competitive trends and implementation of effective market and service initiatives
  • Planning, control and optimization of budgets, targets and forecasts
  • Ensuring reliable service and performance delivery
  • Further development of processes, services and standards

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field such as Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or a comparable discipline
  • Several years of leadership experience, ideally also in remote or hybrid environments
  • Solid experience leading complex projects, preferably with cross-functional or interdisciplinary teams
  • Confident use of modern project management methodologies and a structured approach in dynamic environments
  • Deep understanding of hospital internal processes and IT structures
  • Strong project management skills for the successful implementation of innovative, future-oriented solutions
  • Strong customer and field-service orientation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Agile mindset characterized by willingness to innovate, strategic thinking and a clear hands-on mentality
