About the role
- Analyze the continuously changing national and EU regulations
- Review and draft matters, processes and contracts related to data protection and information security, and provide advisory support across various projects
- Plan and conduct training sessions
- Update and maintain the record of processing activities (RoPA)
- Support data protection and information security audits and ensure compliance with legal requirements
Requirements
- Completed university degree in (business) law (Master) or fully qualified lawyer (Volljurist)
- Some professional experience in data protection and information security
- Good knowledge of office tools
- Knowledge of basic web technologies and associated terminology (e.g., cookies, encryption, authentication, AI, LLMs, Big Data) as well as fundamentals of IT infrastructures (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) and technical security measures
- Very good German and English language skills
