About the role
- General office organization for the Head of the Therapy Business Unit
- Appointment coordination and correspondence via email, letter and phone/Microsoft Teams in German and English
- Booking and settlement of travel arrangements
- Preparation of PowerPoint presentations in German and English according to content specifications
- Preparation of reports/analyses from internal systems such as SAP and Excel according to specifications
- Participation in subprojects within our overarching strategic initiatives
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and a high degree of reliability
- Successfully completed commercial vocational training (e.g., business administration) or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in an assistant role
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
