About the role

  • General office organization for the Head of the Therapy Business Unit
  • Appointment coordination and correspondence via email, letter and phone/Microsoft Teams in German and English
  • Booking and settlement of travel arrangements
  • Preparation of PowerPoint presentations in German and English according to content specifications
  • Preparation of reports/analyses from internal systems such as SAP and Excel according to specifications
  • Participation in subprojects within our overarching strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and a high degree of reliability
  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training (e.g., business administration) or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in an assistant role
  • Proficient in MS Office and SAP
  • Strong command of English, both written and spoken
