About the role
- You will use solid UX research to actively shape the development of medical consumables and accessory products
- Conduct user research to capture users' needs and workflows
- Derive clear requirements for new products and product optimizations
- Plan and conduct usability tests with a focus on the safe use of consumables
- Document in accordance with regulatory requirements (e.g., IEC 62366-1, FDA guidance)
- Work closely with interdisciplinary development teams
- Actively contribute to the further development of methods, processes, and our UX strategy
Requirements
- Degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Biomedical Engineering, or a comparable field
- Experience in user research and usability testing, ideally in a medical or healthcare environment
- Confident handling of regulatory requirements and associated documentation
- Knowledge of relevant usability standards in the medical device sector
- Ideally, knowledge of clinical workflows and user groups in healthcare
- Analytical thinking, structured and quality-conscious working style, strong communication skills, team spirit, and very good German and English language skills
