About the role

  • General assistant tasks, including office organization for the Head of the Therapy Business Unit
  • Appointment coordination and correspondence by email, letter and phone/TEAMS in German and English
  • Booking and processing travel and travel expenses
  • Creation of PowerPoint presentations in German and English according to content specifications
  • Preparation of analyses/reports from internal systems such as SAP and Excel according to specifications
  • Participation in subprojects within our overarching strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed commercial vocational training and have several years of experience in an assistant role
  • You have strong MS Office and SAP user skills
  • You communicate confidently in English, both spoken and written
  • You are communicative and assertive, and open in dealings with your team colleagues and customers, including those from other cultures
  • You demonstrate empathy and a positive, solution-oriented attitude
