About the role
- General assistant tasks, including office organization for the Head of the Therapy Business Unit
- Appointment coordination and correspondence by email, letter and phone/TEAMS in German and English
- Booking and processing travel and travel expenses
- Creation of PowerPoint presentations in German and English according to content specifications
- Preparation of analyses/reports from internal systems such as SAP and Excel according to specifications
- Participation in subprojects within our overarching strategic initiatives
Requirements
- You have successfully completed commercial vocational training and have several years of experience in an assistant role
- You have strong MS Office and SAP user skills
- You communicate confidently in English, both spoken and written
- You are communicative and assertive, and open in dealings with your team colleagues and customers, including those from other cultures
- You demonstrate empathy and a positive, solution-oriented attitude
