About the role
- Responsible for the four production areas of the Therapy Business Unit at the Lübeck production site
- Lead the line managers of the respective production lines
- Close collaboration with other leaders and cross-functional partners within and outside the Therapy Business Unit
- Drive the strategic development of the production area
- Promote optimization of structures and the introduction of innovative technologies
- Monitor relevant KPIs such as productivity
- Continuous improvement of manufacturing and process flows
- Increase on-time delivery performance and production flexibility
- Adhere to budget targets and ensure cost control and quality
- Responsible for inventory and compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements as well as occupational health and safety
Requirements
- Degree (e.g., business administration or engineering) or equivalent qualification
- Extensive leadership experience in production and supply chain operations
- Extensive practical experience with Lean Management methods
- Very good command of German and English, both written and spoken
