About the role
- You take the lead on demanding projects in a cross-functional environment
- You develop a viable project roadmap together with the relevant stakeholders
- You manage execution according to defined objectives for schedule, budget, resources and quality
- You moderate coordination meetings and project committees
- You identify risks early and initiate appropriate risk mitigation measures
- You lead interdisciplinary project teams with a clear focus on priorities and achieving goals
Requirements
- Degree in a technical discipline
- Several years of relevant experience in project or program management within a technical environment
- Solid knowledge of project planning, control and monitoring
- Confident use of project management methods
- Strong communication skills
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- Fluent German and very good English, both written and spoken
