About the role
- Lead demanding projects in a cross-functional environment
- Develop a viable project roadmap together with relevant stakeholders
- Manage implementation to meet defined objectives regarding timeline, budget, resources and quality
- Facilitate alignment meetings and project committees
- Identify risks early and initiate appropriate risk mitigation measures
- Lead interdisciplinary project teams with a clear focus on priorities and achieving objectives
Requirements
- Completed degree in a technical discipline
- Several years of relevant experience in project or program management within a technical environment
- Solid knowledge of project planning, monitoring and controlling
- Proficient in project management methodologies
- Strong communication skills
- Structured, solution-oriented approach to work
- Fluent German and very good English, both written and spoken
