About the role
- Identify user needs using appropriate research methods
- Plan and conduct formative and summative usability tests as well as other evaluation formats (e.g., user workshops, needs and task analyses)
- Evaluate design approaches and analyze potential user errors
- Present findings as concrete improvement recommendations to the project team
- Actively contribute in interdisciplinary project teams to drive user-centered product design
Requirements
- Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative UX methods (e.g., usability tests, interviews, requirements analyses)
- Initial experience in regulated environments
- Completed degree (e.g., Human Factors, Psychology, Usability Engineering or comparable) or relevant vocational training with experience in user-centered product development
- Business-fluent German and English
- Analytical thinking, structured and team-oriented working style, strong communication skills, and the ability to tailor methodological know-how to different audiences
