About the role

  • Act as a business partner for the Care Areas (CA) Intensive Care and Neonatal Care
  • Strategic and operational financial management of the Care Areas Intensive Care and Neonatal Care
  • Advise CA management on business control, including business cases and margin pre-calculations
  • Responsible for and coordinate all planning, forecasting and reporting processes within the CA
  • Regular reporting
  • Cross-functional controlling across the entire value chain from development, procurement/supply chain, and production to market implementation
  • Targeted ownership of projects and special topics

Requirements

  • Several years of controlling experience in matrix organizations, preferably in an international industrial company
  • Degree in business administration, economics, controlling or a related field
  • Strong business-partner mentality, applied competently in cross-functional and international collaboration
  • Very good IT skills (SAP, BI, Power tools, Office tools, etc.)
  • Business-fluent English
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
