About the role
- Responsible for four production areas of the Business Unit Therapy at the Lübeck manufacturing site
- Lead the line managers of the respective production lines
- Work closely with other managers and interface partners
- Actively drive the strategic development of the production area
- Optimize structures and introduce innovative technologies
- Monitor relevant KPIs such as productivity and process workflows
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements as well as occupational health and safety
Requirements
- Completed degree (e.g., business administration or engineering) or an equivalent qualification
- Many years of (leadership) experience in production and supply chain operations
- Extensive hands-on experience applying Lean Management methods
- Excellent written and spoken English and German
