About the role
- Responsible for drafting and filing patent and design applications worldwide
- Conducting grant, opposition and appeal proceedings, as well as determining inventor remuneration
- Point of contact for all matters related to industrial property rights
- Analyzing third-party IP rights and performing legal assessments
- Advising on M&A and drafting license and development agreements
Requirements
- Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering
- Patent assessor and/or European Patent Attorney
- Several years of professional experience in the areas described above
- Strong communication skills to clearly present complex technical and legal issues
- Business-fluent German and English
- Keen eye for the smallest details
- Proactive team player
- Confident and professional demeanor
