About the role

  • Responsible for drafting and filing patent and design applications worldwide
  • Conducting grant, opposition and appeal proceedings, as well as determining inventor remuneration

Requirements

  • Degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering
  • Patent assessor and/or European Patent Attorney
  • Several years of professional experience in the areas described above
  • Strong communication skills to clearly present complex technical and legal issues
  • Business-fluent German and English
  • Keen eye for the smallest details
