About the role
- Manage and monitor loan, rental and maintenance contracts as well as scheduled statutory inspection intervals.
- Receive and forward fault reports, coordinate dispatching and place orders for accessories and ward supplies.
- Maintain medical device records in our maintenance software and provide relevant information to customers and service technicians.
- Assist in preparing quotes and reports and support investment-related processes, including proper documentation.
- Obtain quotes, support inventory activities and coordinate with external service providers as required.
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training (e.g., business administration or office management)
- Initial experience in customer service or a comparable administrative role
- Basic technical understanding, ideally in medical technology
- Proficient in MS Office
- Reliable and structured working style, allowing you to maintain an overview and act as a dependable, confident point of contact for customers
- Calm and solution-oriented in critical situations such as fault reports
- Enjoy working in a team and able to manage tasks independently
