About the role

  • Manage and monitor loan, rental and maintenance contracts, as well as required statutory inspection intervals
  • Receive and forward fault reports, coordinate dispatch and order accessories and ward supplies
  • Maintain medical device records in our maintenance software and provide relevant information to customers and service technicians
  • Assist in preparing quotations and reports and support tasks related to capital investments, including proper documentation
  • Obtain quotes, support inventory processes and coordinate with external service providers as needed

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training
  • Some experience in customer service or a comparable administrative role
  • Basic technical understanding, ideally in medical technology
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Reliable and structured working style — you keep an overview and act as a dependable and confident point of contact for customers
  • Calm and solution-oriented in critical situations, such as fault reports
  • Enjoy working in a team and able to handle your tasks independently
