About the role
- Take ownership of service product responsibility from the concept phase through market launch, including product lifecycle management and eventual phase-out
- Coordinate all service-related activities, including on-time product launches and implementation of product changes
- Define and verify technical service requirements within the development process
- Specify and validate new service tools (mechanical, electronic, software)
- Create, validate and approve required test documents
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand product data and provide initial data-driven insights
Requirements
- Relevant professional experience in Technical Product Management and/or in service or product development
- Initial experience with algorithmic data analysis
- Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong communication skills
- Work in a structured and independent manner
- Entrepreneurial mindset and behaviour combined with strong intercultural competence
