About the role
- Lead the reception team, including duty scheduling and vacation planning
- Independent front office duties (reservations, check-in/check-out)
- Organize and optimize front desk operations
- Act as a liaison to other departments and the head office
- Work closely with the Food & Beverage team
- Handle correspondence, accounts receivable management, and prepare monthly closings
- Ensure quality standards and excellent guest service
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in hotel management or a related hospitality qualification
- Experience working at the front office
- Structured and conscientious working style
- Confident and friendly demeanor
- Team player with clear communication skills
- Proficiency with common hotel software systems and property management systems (PMS)
- Good proficiency in German and English
- Strong attention to detail regarding service and quality
