Key responsibilities & impact
  • Proactive new-business development: You actively open up new markets within your ZIP code area and build your own customer network
  • Strategic account management: You professionally manage existing business customers and develop them strategically
  • From first contact to closing: You are the primary point of contact—whether cold-calling, meeting clients on-site, or completing contracts

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least two years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in services or technical services
  • Passion for new-business acquisition: Your hunter mentality wins new customers, inspires those around you, and develops existing relationships for the long term
  • Strong character, confident negotiator and genuinely hands-on
  • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using MS Office and CRM systems
  • Valid driving license (Class B)
