About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactive new customer acquisition: You actively open up new markets in your postal code area and build your own customer network
- Strategic account management: You professionally manage existing business customers and develop them strategically
- From first contact to closing: You are the main point of contact—whether during cold calls, on-site customer meetings, or contract signings
- Teamwork with responsibility: In close cooperation with our Head of Sales, you contribute to the growth of our company
- Room to shape things: With your ideas and expertise, you get involved in projects and actively help shape the company’s future
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least two years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally in services or technical services
- Passion for new customer acquisition — with a hunter mentality you win new clients, inspire those around you, and develop existing relationships for the long term
- Strong character, confident negotiator, and a genuine hands-on mentality
- Completed commercial vocational training or an equivalent qualification
- Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
- Technically inclined and proficient with MS Office and CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license (Class B)
