About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • New customer acquisition with drive: You proactively open up new markets within your postal code area and build your own customer network
  • Account management with sound judgement: You professionally manage existing business customers and develop them strategically
  • From first contact to closing: You are the central point of contact—whether making cold calls, meeting customers on-site, or finalizing contracts
  • Teamwork with responsibility: In close cooperation with our Head of Sales, you contribute to the growth of our company
  • Scope for initiative: You contribute your ideas and expertise to projects and actively help shape the future of our company

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least two years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in services or technical services
  • Passionate about new customer acquisition – with a hunter mentality you win new clients, inspire your contacts and develop existing relationships for the long term
  • Strong personality, confident negotiator and a genuine hands-on mentality
  • Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
  • Very good written and spoken German
  • Tech-savvy and confident using MS Office and CRM systems
  • Driver’s license (Class B)
