About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactive new-client acquisition: You actively develop new markets within your ZIP code area and build your own customer network
- Account management with judgement: You professionally manage existing business clients and strategically develop those relationships
- From first contact to closing: You are the primary point of contact — whether making cold calls, meeting clients on site, or finalizing contracts
- Teamwork with responsibility: In close cooperation with our Sales Manager, you contribute to the growth of our company
- Scope to shape things: You bring your ideas and expertise to projects and actively help shape the future of the company
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least two years’ experience in B2B sales, ideally in services or technical services
- Passion for new-client acquisition — with a hunter mentality you win new customers, motivate your environment, and develop existing relationships for the long term
- Strong character, confident negotiator and a genuine hands-on mentality
- Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Tech-savvy and proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Valid driver’s license (Class B)
